Prices
Prices include postage and packing to any UK address, and VAT at the prevailing rate. Prices are guaranteed, subject to availability, when you download & use the order forms from our web-site. If you are a past customer and have kept your re-order form (no matter how old!) you can use it at the price stated on the form. Prices are not necessarily the same on-line as in our printed catalogue!
Special Delivery
If something simply HAS to be there, we can post by next-day Special Delivery at an extra cost of £7 for up to 1 kg. Just write SPECIAL DELIVERY in the comments box at the end of your order and we'll do the rest. Available for all Stationery items delivered to UK mainland delivery addresses.
Overseas
We can ship to anywhere in the world. If you request delivery outside of the UK, we will add the following amounts the total value of your order. Note that this extra postage charge will not be shown in your shopping cart.

Any deadlines/delivery times stated are for UK addresses - please remember to allow sufficient additional postal time for items sent elsewhere. We do not deduct VAT for deliveries outside of the EU (including Channel Islands).

Payment
If ordering in the UK by post, cheque, postal order or credit card are equally acceptable. Payment for orders by telephone, from overseas or from this web-site must be by credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro (Switch). We regret that we can't accept other cards, including Amex Diners. We do not offer payment by PayPal. Please note that, since each item is made just for you, we charge your card when the production process starts and not after the item is despatched.
Delivery
Please allow up to 21 days for delivery unless stated in the product description/order form. Since the manufacturing time varies between products, your total order may arrive in several packages.
Dimensions Specifications
Sizes and weights are approximate. Specifications are subject to change in exceptional circumstances.
Certification
If applicable, items carry the CE mark. Some items contain small parts and are therefore not recommended for children three years old or under.
Guarantee
We are probably unique in saying that even though most of our products are made-to-order, if you are not delighted with your purchase, you can return any item within 14 days of receipt for refund or exchange. However, unless the item is defective, you must pay the return postage, which is NOT refundable.
Data Protection
We treat your details as confidential and never disclose them to third parties. Except in case of query, we will not contact you by phone or e-mail but may post you a copy of our future catalogues.
